- Click on “Join EMS” under “Membership”.
- Choose your location (U.S., Canada, Global)
- Select your desired membership level (one year, three year, lifetime, student, retiree)
- A “Pay Now” button will appear. Pay using your credit card.
- After payment, you will be directed to fill in your profile details.
- Login to EMS by clicking here.
- Then click on Renew Your EMS Membership.
- After selecting your region and membership level, a payment button will appear. Click on it to pay your renewal fee.
- Login to EMS by clicking here.
- Then click on Member Profile.
- Click on the “Log in” under membership or visit our membership system directly at membership.emsweb.org
- Input your username and password
- From the home page, you will see your current membership (including the expiration date)
- Click on the “Receipt” option (directly under your membership term)
- Click “Print” and follow the prompts
- Login to EMS by clicking here.
- Then click on Member Profile.
Click on Password Reset under the Membership top menu item. Or paste this link into your browser emsweb.org/membership-login/password-reset/

An EMS lifetime membership requires a single $500 payment and entitles you to a lifetime of EMS annual monographs and discounts for the national conference.
Anyone actively enrolled in an associate, baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral program may choose the student membership option. This membership gives you full privileges, but at a discounted rate.
Anyone who has retired from consistent part-time or full-time work may choose the retiree membership option (e.g., a retired professor who teaches occasional adjunct classes qualifies). This membership gives you full privileges, but at a discounted rate.
